Day Room

I purchased two day rooms, one for my family (2 adults and 2 older kids) and one for my parents. We needed something to do in Fort Lauderdale to kill time while waiting for our 6pm flight. The pool is small but it was perfect for us for the day. We also spent a couple of hours across the street at the beach. The facility was nice and clean. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We also used the third party transportation the hotel contracts with (Clifford I believe) with Premiere Transportation, who also deserves 5 stars. The hotel is walking distance from shops and restaurants, right along the beach. Wonderful! We are already planning a return trip to spend a few days there to further explore the area. If you are looking for a place to land for the day after a cruise or waiting for a flight, I would most definitely recommend!

Day Room

The room was clean and comfortable, recently renovated. It was perfect for a few hours before our flight to check out the beach, take a shower, and relax with a cup of coffee before heading off to the airport.

Pool Daybed

Overall, we had a nice experience. We booked a pool daybed through ResortPass to spend the day here after getting off our cruise while waiting for our flight. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and a great place to relax for a few hours. The main thing I think could improve the ResortPass experience would be having some type of locker room, luggage storage area, or small private space specifically for day guests. Our only option given to us was for our luggage to be stored through the valet luggage service, which was appreciated, but it would have been much more convenient to have easier access to our bags throughout the day, especially when needing to grab something or change clothes before heading to the airport. I also think the check-in process for ResortPass guests could be explained a little better. It would have been helpful for an employee to go over exactly what amenities we had access to, where everything was located, and what was included with our daybed reservation. Also, there’s access to the beach from the pool area, but when you only have A Pool daybed pass, they do not give you a card to come freely in and out of that area. If you choose to go out, you have to come back through the front lobby. Overall, though, the property was beautiful and clean, and we enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax between our cruise and flight. With a few small improvements for day guests, I think the experience could be even better!
