Day Pass

The pool was nice, quiet, and relaxing. However, we were disappointed to find out when we arrived that there was no poolside food or drink service, and the bar didn’t open until 4:00 p. m. We ended up having a soggy premade turkey sandwich from the refrigerator and grabbing a couple of cold beers instead. There was also no entertainment, which was disappointing. The pool itself was enjoyable, but having food and drinks available during the day, along with some entertainment, would have made the experience much better.

Very easy check in system at the front desk. Pool access was right out of the lobby area. Had a great bar and bartender. Pool was super clean and they provided towels.

It’s super important to greet customers as they enter and approach the front desk, even if you’re busy solving a problem, right? We were very patient. There was a female and a male obviously resolving an issue on and off the phone. Fine- but even a smile would’ve been better. Parking was easy, validated with $40 purchase. Maria Elena at the pool was the only one to greet us warmly. She was also the only one cleaning up outside. there are no showers just a bathroom. Bar opened up at 4 PM. They have tvs but won’t increase the volume to hear a game. Not a deep pool but clean and peaceful with plenty of umbrellas.

Day Pass

it’s a nice pool. not very deep , also it wasn’t heated. the only thing it’s lacked was food and drink service until very late in . & it doesn’t help that you can’t bring your own. Staffing was nice and kind. just wish they either had more things round to eat and allowed food to be brought in before 4pm

Day Pass

My family enjoyed time at this quiet and clean hotel. The only negative was the pool was really cold, so we spent most of the time in the jacuzzi. We did let the hotel staff know and I believe they had to work on the heating so hopefully it has since been resolved.
