Spa Day Pass

Hotel reception and pool staff very accommodating. Security went above and beyond to find a nice shaded spot on the beach. The spa experience was terrible the spa manager was very rude and late and under cut my appointment- I do not recommend. Spa very dated too. Food was good and bar/restaurant staff very friendly.

Had a wonderful day, from pickup to drop off. I would like to say that then instructions for pickup need to be a little more detailed. . as 1st time to the island i didnt knoe that the cruise port has 2 exits and i was standing at the wrong one but i asked and ending up finding the right one a few minutes later. Look for a man close to the exit of the property so just before the gate he ll be holding a sign. Besides that everything was start forward. . included lunch was ok (nothing extravagant but tastes good) the 4 included drinks applied yo anything on the menu. . think that was great. Beach was nice w chairs and umbrellas. If i ever go back to castries i ll do this again.

We really enjoyed our time. The kids loved the water park and as adults, we were able to get the 20 minute massage. We also got chairs, umbrellas, towels, a buffet lunch and access to the pool. Overall very nice property and well maintained. It was right on the beach. The beach itself was lovely and clean. The buffet was awesome. We had pasta, salad, roti bread, chickpea curry and other yummy items. No complaints here. We also had 4 adult drinks included in our package. They were also delish. We ended our day at the pool and that was really nice. Kids loved it and so did we. We recommend.

This was a fabulous location. The available transfers to & from the ship made for an easy and great day. The people are lovely, my massage - one of the best I have had. Food was excellent. Worth every penny spent. Only complaint - was too short!! Wish we had a longer cruise day there!!

I normally leave great reviews, cannot this time. The check in process took 45 minutes. When I went to order drinks, I heard the manager scolding an employee for putting 2 shots instead of 1 in a drink since I was a day pass person! For lunch, it took 20 minutes to get a waitress to come to us, and then 45-50 minutes (timed) to get a taco and burger! Honestly, I would not go back here, so much wasted time. Simply not as advertised. Because of all this we didn't have time to use the massage or water Park part. We came in on cruise ship and already had limited time there, drive time was about 45 min each way. Look elsewhere...
