All-Inclusive Day Pass

I spent the day here with my husband and two young children (4 and 1). We had a nice family day. The food was decent and my eldest son had a great time in the kiddies water park. The property is vast and the hotel has little cars to drive guests to different areas including the beach. We did need to wait ~30mins for a ride to the beach and when we were there there were limited options for drinks as not all of the bars are accessible with the day pass.

All-Inclusive Day Pass

Spent the day at this beautiful hotel. My child had a blast with the activities around the pool. We played water polo, volleyball and so much more. Breakfast was amazing. Lunch on the day we were there was disappointing but you could find things to eat just not as good as I expected and have had. Drinks we good, it was relaxing and a great experience.

All-Inclusive Day Pass

Check in was unclear and take way too much time. It took us 45 minutes to check in and get a wrist band. Part of the facilities were closed, although not communicated at front. It did not bother us. The pool was great, the atmosphere was super. We did not receive a code for the WiFi. We only ate at the snackbar, which was fine. They hold your identity card as a deposit, which means you have to get back in line to retrieve it. All in all; we hadden a great day and would definitely come back.

Was an amazing day! We had a great time, some staff members were not in a good mood, but it was a busy period! Amazing, especially if with you are with kids! Recommend!

All-Inclusive Day Pass

Very helpful front desk and staff in general. Pretty good food overall though would note that the day pass ends before most dinner restaurants open (they mostly open after 6 pm) so you mainly can eat at the two buffet restaurants. This was fine for us as we have kids that are picky eaters. The children’s pool area was awesome (including tiny toilets!) but so was the big pool. There was a afternoon magic show for kids that was a huge hit!
