Nice, clean lobby and pool area bathrooms. The lounge chairs were super comfortable and you could get a lot of sun if you wanted or sit further in the shade. The pool and ambiance were very nice with great music playing softly in the background.
The poolside service was awesome!! The servers were kind and professional. The food\/drinks were tasty and the portion sizes were great. Plenty of towels, chilled water, and sunscreen are available for free. They also have 3 pools and they are all super cute! Some were filled with more people than others, but it wasn’t hard to find a lounge chair at all. It is a super cute place and just a great vibe! Claudia working the inside bar is very nice and Leslie “promised” next time we seek her out to be sure there are no issues with the gate (this past weekend!).
We cannot keep track of when they open the outside\/inside bars, ResortPass listed this past time there was no service until after 4:30, Doubletree DID open an outside bar and the one inside opened as well (12 noonish?).
It is staffing and hotel occupancy- but bring snacks and something to drink in case you are worried, just do not be obvious about it. It is against hotel policy (as posted).

was perfectly heated and quite warm. So even though it was just 73 out, it was still super nice to float around in.
The food and beverage was excellent. We had the shrimp tacos, chicken wings, and the watermelon smash drink (which was amazing). The service was also excellent, the bartender was super attentive and friendly.
One tip… the front desk and lobby is not in service so you have to use a code to access the pool and bathrooms, which is emailed with your booking confirmation.
