It’s no secret that people are using less PTO than ever and it’s taking a toll on their general happiness, work-life balance, and mental health. Studies have shown that it’s getting harder and harder for people to unplug in an increasingly digital and “always-on” world, especially when the costs, time, and effort involved with travel have also increased. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
