Beautiful day getaway! Pool and service were both great. Easy to find. Will come back.
We only used the swimming pool and ordered drinks. We bought the day pass to have a relaxing day. It was great.
We have used this three times now. This last time we could not download our tickets(computer down) to get into the grand resort and we went to the resort to figure how we would get in. We got there and they had our names down, we showed our ID's and they handed us our towels and we were golden. The resort pass handles every detail right down to the littlest things. It's so easy to use. We had the best day at that resort. We will only use resort pass now to get into any resort. This is the best winner company ever...
I agree with other reviews that food and drinks are expensive. It was overall a nice day with great amenities, nice staff. This is definitely family friendly and great for kids - I think I'd opt for a quieter more adult choice next time when it is just me and the boyfriend.
The resort was clean and the service was great!
The pool was amazing, it had a lazy river as well. ResortPass made it easy to book and check in was quick and convenient. I will definitely be using them again. -Britt
We only did the water park! & it was great! Everything very clean
I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone. whether it is a one day pass or to stay. everything was very clean and the staff was more than accommodating. we will be visiting again in the near future.
The lazy river was amazing and so relaxing. They also had a basketball hoop and a volleyball net in the water that was fun. Very nice resort. Will definitely come back!
The water was perfect.. plenty of room for us.. clean all around. Definitely will be back
The chairs were older they need to update those, not enough seating and very squished, good place to have kids but not really an adult type of place, wish they would have an adult area more of a place to relax. The food and drinks were sub par nothing great for being a resort and spa.
Only had a day pass but everything was great
Everything was great and easy. Although a bit expensive, but that’s the going rate for water parks around there. We wanted a pool with a kid area and more options for us adults and that’s exactly what we got. It was so nice and the resort was amazing.
The wave pool had no waves. Service was poor. Food was decent.
It was very disappointing experience, the pool area, bathrooms, towels, seats were very dirty. The food and drinks were overpriced and not good. Extremely crowded ( there should be a limit if you are selling day passes)
This is my second time to the water park fir a day. My best friend came in from Michigan so we wanted a little staycation. It could have not been more perfect. We had a blast and the staff were very friendly We will for sure be back soon.
We had a fun day with our family and friends at the resort pool. The food and drinks are extremely expensive, which we figured, but the food was good and large portions. The water in the pools was lovely but they’re all over crowded. The hotel was beautiful, the grounds were clean and the water park area was great. I’m sure we’ll be back!
•Check in was easy. •Cabana had issues; 2 broken chairs and 2 broken loungers,no trash can, ceiling fan lights would not go off •service was horribly slow •staff was friendly and helpful regardless of the slow service •pool bottom was so rough that multiple people in our party had cuts and scrapes on their feet and legs •lazy river was filled with debris •overall, it’s a fun day despite the slow service. We ran to the bar ourselves because drinks through the server took 40 minutes. They need more wait staff for sure. Food was good but very pricy.
We truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything went really well from booking to checking in. It was very easy. Will definitely use ResortPass again. We ordered food & if was a bit pricey but portions were huge so it was easy to share. The lazy river was super relaxing & my niece loved the wave pool & met alot of nice kids to play with. We've been to the Az Grand resort several times & have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent! All in all it was a fun relaxing day with the family.
Great place for a fun and relaxing Cabana!
Had a great day with my family. Loved the music playing throughout all areas of the pool. I would use resortpass.com to book daycations always. It was so easy I loved it.
Everything was great !
The Oasis Water Park is pleasantly planned and has nice aesthetics. Unfortunately, they have a lot of rules that limited our fun. Rule: no lockers to rent. imagine how much more money they could make from this. just "hope" no one steals your wallet or phone. Rule: no tabs. had to run the card every time. every time. every order. since there are no lockers or safes to rent, and you can't leave your credit card at the bar, you have to have it on your being at all times. should I have worn a fanny pack with my bathing suit to mitigate this? Rule: no drinks in the lazy river. that makes it really tough to be "lazy". There are other resorts with lazy rivers and water parks; that's where we'll be spending our time.
Thanks to ResortPass we were able to have a fun & relaxing day at the AZ Grand Resort waterpark. The check in process was a breeze. I just showed my reservation # & everyone in my party was given a wrist band to access the waterpark. The wave pool and lazy river were very relaxing. We ordered poolside chicken nachos. Very delicious & big portions. The part we enjoyed the most was spending time together as a family relaxing and taking it easy on a Sunday near the pool.
The lazy river and wave pool were both fun, but a tad crowded. Nice options for seating in the shade or sun. I wish they had just a regular pool to enjoy, but it was limited to hotel guests. It seems like a great spot for families but I probably would opt for a more "adult" getaway since it was just me and my boyfriend.
The wave pool and lazy river were good. The slides are fun. The staff is horrible. The food is extremely expensive(even for a resort) and not good. Drinks are about average priced. But I did love playing with my kids in the wave pool.
There are only three slides in the water park and they wouldn't let kid using it if they are under 48" not even the smallest slide that even 3 years old kids could easily use. The entry fee is way too high for what they offer even kids below 48" have to pay 30 bugs despite they are not allowed to use any slide.
Pools were great. Water temperature was perfect, too. All the lifeguards and workers were really friendly. The food is not worth it, though. The quality of the food does not match the resort’s prices. We paid $16 for an average quesadilla.
It was great!!!
It was a girls day getaway for my visiting friend and me. The resort and pool area is well-kept even if not "luxurious." There were plenty of lounge chairs, enough room to enjoy the lazy river, and the surroundings are pleasant. The wave pool is fun but the overall amenities are more suited towards children, there was no real pool to swim in as an adult, just water to hang out in. We ordered some drinks; the service was nice but the prices pretty steep. I would definitely recommend it if you have children but not so much if you want to relax in peace.
We went and visited the water park. So much fun and clean! The adults had just as good of a time as the kids. Only bad thing I can say is the food and drinks were very pricey. Other than that it was great!!!
This was such a fun day. My fiancé and I needed a little get away and this was the perfect thing. Easy to book and use,. A great resort to spend the day at.
Pool was nice and water was pleasant temperature. We did order food and know many were complaining about prices on the reviews... however we expect those prices when coming to a resort pool. The chicken tenders and fries we ordered were split by our family of 3 and was plenty, large servings! We loved the family time we had at the pool... my only improvement comment would be the size and quality of the towels. At a resort you hope for larger, plush towels. The towel could not even fit around my body :(
The pool was very relaxing. We spent day just floating on the lazy river and going down the water slides. Plenty of life guards at the pool and staff was super friendly and helpful.
Great hotel. Wave pool nice...lazy river good and the slide great. The cabanas not that New, but it was fine. Will go again to the Arizona Grand Resort
Such a fun and much needed staycation! The lifeguards were great, the food was delish and the water park was so much fun!
This hotel was great! Family oriented clean and food and drink service was tops!
Pool was clean, service was quick, and staff was friendly!
We bought day passes for the water park and had a blast! Our 3 year old enjoyed every minute and loved the lazy river. The food was great and came in big portions. Spending Mothers Day there!
It was a great day of relaxing by the pool. The service was great! Everyone had a smile and the food was delicious.
This is a family friendly water park. There isn't much in the way of healthy snacks available. Otherwise, a great day out.
Fantastic resort !
Great time and look forward to returning!
Loved the pool! We paid for the day pass, It was so relaxing & not busy at all. The only thing I was missing was poolside service I couldn’t find anyone so we went up to the bar. We ordered the nachos & pina coladas & they definetly git the spot. We will be back
We had a great day at the Oasis. The regular pool, wave pool, waterslides and lazy river were all fantastic. It was clean, warm, well-maintained and fun for everyone. Only two complaints: I would like a shady place to go in the pool - very sunny everywhere, and the food was overpriced. Overall our day was a success, we plan on returning soon!
The desk staff at the pool entrance was very friendly. Pool area clean and well maintained. Lovely lazy river. Bar/grill staff were all very friendly. Food order arrived quickly.
Our children loved this resort, and there were lifeguards everywhere so that made the experience enjoyable for me too!
Resort Pass made everything so easy! We had a great day at the park. And the food servings are very large—easy to split for 2 people!
My friends and I spent the day at The Oasis at Arizona Grand and are so grateful that we did! Water, seating, weather was perfect. The staff and servers were so friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful! We will be back!
The whole experience was great. For our group size (4 kids, 4 adults), renting a cabana was the way to go. The food there was a bit overpriced but that is too be expected at a resort. The fruit platter and tray of cookies included were tasty and the personal attendant was very courteous and attentive. Note, minimum height requirement to ride the big slides is 48” and personal floatation devices are not allowed. Our only feedback to the hotel is to clean out the cabanas before we get there. The cushions are old and covered with leaves. Also, the air unit didn’t work.
I had so much fun during my much needed staycation! The lazy river was amazing and so were the nachos. Very pleased with the quality of service and will definitely be going back!
With the resort pass we only went that day to use the pool. We were able to get in 30 min before anyone else with just regular passes. The pool and water park was awesome and we had a great day of fun and relaxation.
We enjoyed our day at the pool. There was plenty of shaded seating. The food was good and our waiter was attentive. The kids loved the lazy river and slides.
The day was fabulous! Had so much much and was very relaxing. There was something for everyone in my family to enjoy. Can’t wait to go back!
The pool was great! We enjoyed all the variety of pool options; kiddie pool, wave pool, lazy river, hot tub, slides, etc. We did order food from the oasis grill. It was typical grill food. We tend to eat less fried, greasy food but were still able to find a veggie wrap for a healthier option. We were not impressed with the quality of the food/drinks especially considering the high price tag. My niece ordered one drink for $13 which she complained was very quick and for one hot dog for $11 seemed a little extreme. I understand it is a resort, but that was our one negative about our experience. Although, the pool and service was great!
Our family went to the AZ Grand Resort for the day and it was like we were at a tropical oasis!! We had an amazing time at the wave pool and floating on the lazy river. Can’t wait to go back again...
Everyone had a blast, we will definitely be going there again this summer.
We arrived at 10:30, stayed til 5:00! A 40 year old mom and her 4 year old son. an 80 year old grandma and her 17 year old grandson, spent a glorious day in the din and water. The food was great and affordable. Excellent facility!
I loved the pool and lazy river but it could have been bigger. The spa was awesome and food and drinks were expensive but great.
The pools and water park were amazing and such a great way to spend time with the family.
My daughter and I had a great day at the hotel waterpark. It was great because you got the full experience of the water park without the full cost of an overnight (we were visiting Tempe and staying with friends). And you get a nice pool and environment, with a comfortable crowd size. It also wasn't nearly as expensive as renting at cabana at all other higher end places that I found. It was prefect for a dad and his 7 year old. The only negatives were regarding the food. The food/drinks were overpriced. And they are very strict about bringing in food, checking your bags as you enter, which I thought was unnecessarily invasive and insulting.
It was a lot of fun! My family and I loved the variety of swimming pools and slides. Only down side is the cost of food. It’s quite pricey! Other than that we have a great time! Watch out for the bees on the ground. Two of my kids got stung.
The experience was great. My friends were in from town and we decided to spend the day at the pool. Service was great and the amenities were perfect. I would come back.
Great pool amenities, very kid friendly
Went for the "water park"...this is not a water park. 3 slides...a lame lazy river and a pool. Sorry...this isnt even in the realm of water park.
We bought a Cabana at the pool. Service could have been better and the Lounge chair cushions need to be replaced. Other than that, everything was great!
There are 3 slides, 2 fast drops and one curvy one. The water is clean, but the trees are constantly shedding and they do not clean throughout the day. The food was fine, but pricey. You can bring your own water in, the website did not share this. It seems hours can vary. All info stated they close at 5 but the sign at the entrance said 6.
We rented a Cabana for my twin's birthday - it was awesome. Great meet up place - good good and the service was exceptional. Very friendly wait staff. Enjoyed it very much.
Great family day! Staff, food, beverages & pools were just what we were looking for. We'll be back.
I would do it again. The food was fair but way overpriced. $75 for one adult and 2 kids to eat lunch. Staff was very nice.
We had a great pool day with another family thanks to Resort Pass. Really happy we found out about this option.
Thus place was great!! The park was clean and the food was very good! Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful place but I didn't like that my son couldn't do the slides bc he's not tall enough ...also I was never greeted and asked if I wanted to order anything. The two families on each side of me were greeted and had thier order taken... also the lazy river was nice but I wish it was a little deeper.
My son and I spent the afternoon floating around the lazy river and going down the slides. We had a blast! Great place to spend the day! Loved it!
We were able to check-in 30 minutes before the pool opened because we had a cabana. Service and amenities were great. Excellent pools for kids! Would book against this resort.
I just used the pool and lazy river and it was fine. It could have been bigger and food and drink were too high. So just went somewhere else to eat.
We only went to the pool and it was fantastic. We spent time in the wave pool; lazy river; and the smallest slide. We also played water volley ball. We ate lunch at the pool bar. It was good but pricy. Parking was great and free. We had a great time!!!
We did the day pass and had such an amazing time at the oasis water park. We also ordered food and it was a little pricey but you got good portioned sized amounts of food. The park seemed clean and lots of people around if you needed anything.
We had a wonderful family day at the water park at Arizona Grand Resort. Several of our family members were staying at the resort and received passes with their room. Those of us who were not staying at the resort wanted to join them at the water park. ResortPass allowed us to purchase the passes needed to join them. The cousins had a great time going down the slides, riding on the lazy river and the wave pool. We had lunch and the service was great! Wonderful memories with family!
Very Nice. Fun
This pool is excellent - my teenagers were pretty busy all day. If you have younger children there is a DJ with games and activities for young children- just know not to sit by that main pool area if you don’t have small children because it was really loud. Also we paid more in food cost ($6.50 for a soda) than we did purchasing the resort pass so keep that in mind. Food is insane pricey so fill up before you get there. It was clean and staff were all nice.
Great experience! Perfect activity before boarding a plane to rainy state of Washington. We will definitely return!
The pools were fun for the entire family! Our kids from ages 3-14 all had a great time. The cabana worked out well to give us a meeting place, some shelter from the tough AZ sun and a place to relax for the grandparents!!
We had a wonderful day. Slides, pools, lazy river were lots of fun. Food service and Park staff were pleasant. I would recommend arrivibg early to secure seating.
We had a great day! Played all day-to-day even though it was crowded the pool and water areas never felt too crowded. We would definitely do this again. We ordered drinks which were great. We also ordered good-looking huge nachos and corn dogs and chicken tenders- prices are high but portions are large and we expected that at a resort. You do have to be 48 inches to ride the water slides which was disappointing to our kids who were just shy of that mark. Parking was easy as well. Bathrooms could have been cleaned up better throughout the day..
I cannot recommend this water park They definitely oversold day passes There were not enough chairs- people had to find spots on the ground There was not enough to do for the younger kids The wave pool wasn’t working The rapids on the lazy river were not working In my opinion it was a waste of money - we definitely could have chosen a better place
We usually go once a year to the this facility and I had never seen so many people in the pool area it took us about three hours to get a chair, and although it was in high demand the pool was still fun and we still got good service and enjoyed the pool as we usually do Aside from not having a chair it was still good fun!
Arizona Grand was packed when we arrived 45 minutes after opening. It was extremely difficult to find one chair for four of us to share. We asked several parties and finally one group (reluctantly) let us use one. We ordered food and it was really over priced and took a while as it was a busy day. The slides were fun and the pools and lazy river were as well. The day we went the wave pool did t have waves though.
4 children, 6 adults had the time of our lives! We did a day pass with a cabana. The service, food and complimentary fruit plate etc were exceptional! I highly recommend!!
No sun loungers available, not even a seat available to sit down. Questionable if it was safe given the number of people that were there. In a real life emergency I would be very worried!
We spent a day at the Arizona Grand Resort with my granddaughter. It's a gorgeous resort, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go again! Highly recommended.
The place was extremely packed!! We were never able to find a chair all day. Way too many people and we will never stay at this resort for the fact that we would have to share the amenities with people who aren’t even paying to stay there! Food was ridiculously priced, didn’t even order any. And, they don’t allow your own food. Never again.
The pool, lazy river, hot tube, and music were fun. The property is beautiful. The cabana fruit platter was much larger than I was anticipating. I most enjoyed a leisurely day in a beautiful setting topped off by great service.
The resort was nice, but extremely crowded. Very difficult to locate chairs that would accommodate 1/2 of my family, impossible to find for all of us. Minimal assistance from staff. Staff was courteous and friendly but clearly overwhelmed.
Extremely friendly staff, beautiful views, clean and well-run. Our teenagers enjoyed the pools, water park and food! That is worth so much!
This was our day appreciating the ladies in my office. I bought a day pass for 6 of us and when we got there we decided to purchase a cabana. We asked the price of a cabana for the day and was told $300, we asked to pay $200 since it was already 12pm, we were going to eat/drink a lot, we are a local company who supports local businesses, in addition, we just paid $240 for entrance. After back-n-forth negotiating we settled at $250 for the cabana. We asked what came with a cabana and was told a fruit platter, 12 water bottles, a tray of cookies and a designated server. After waiting for an extended amount of time for 6 drinks and water bottles, a lot of confusion with the server thinking another server was bringing the food/drinks out we realized it was quicker just going to the bar. We asked about an ice tea that was ordered 30+ minutes prior and were told "it was brewing". (With a resort of this size there has to be multiple brewing machines). We were disappointed with the service the cabana came with. We wouldn't have been so bothered had we not just spent $500 to get into the pool and sit under a tent together. We saw our server maybe six times between 1:30PM and 4:00PM. We spent right over $200 on food and had every intention of tipping extremely well but our service was poor therefore, our tip was poor. However, we wanted to explain our experience and reason for a small tip to a manager so we talked with the Food & Beverage manager. She was respectful, listened to our concerns about the experience, stated she was embarrassed and apologized on the resorts behalf. She refunded our cabana, she was excellent! I hated walking away with a sour taste in my mouth about the AZ Grand as this is where I grew up! My recommendation for someone looking for a cabana pool-side is not to go to the AZ Grande.I unfortunately will not be going back to the Grand and will use Resort Pass for other stay-cations.
We bought the cabana for 8 at the Arizona Grand hotel Oasis water park. We went with another family. What a great place for both kids and adults! The cabana was very useful for changing ect...and the kid devoured the beautiful fruit platter. We already plan to book this again. Everyone had a blast!
My family really enjoyed our “Daycation”! We loved the fabulous lazy river. It had multiple start and stop points so we could hop off for water slides or by our lounge chairs. It was not a busy day, and we arrived within 30 minutes of opening- but it was really hard to find chairs for 5 of us. I found out that the pool opens early for hotel guests, who must have gone out to claim their premium lounge chairs. With this in mind I might splurge next time and get a reserved cabana.
Staff were wonderful! The facility was not overcrowded. The water park did not disappoint.
We liked that there were a lot of different things to do here, for different ages. The water slides and the lazy river were the favorites.
This option worked for us. The purchase of tickets online was easy, the drive from the Phoenix airport was fine, and we spent the day swimming and lounging while recovering from jet lag and waiting for other relatives to fly into Phoenix. Lazy river was perfect, water slides entertaining, perfect amount of sun and shade, not over crowded, pool area good, decent (overpriced) food available. One criticism: No decent place to change clothes, and no shower.
I love the concept of Resort Pass. We are planning a lovely day to celebrate my daughter's birthday!
My family and I enjoyed the pool area and my littles had a great time on the slides and hot tub. I would recommend this resort and would go again.
It was great. Food a little to pricey though.
Everything was great! Food was a bit pricey, but the portions were ginormous and let’s be honest, it’s a resort and we expected to pay resort prices.
We used the pool, lazy river and water slides. It was so nice to enjoy the resort for a day without even staying overnight. Highly recommend.
We loved the lazy river. It was clean and relaxing. The staff were nice and helpful. There were plenty of seats. Our boys loved the waterslides.
We were a group of 12 traveling together and ended up with a free day due to a change in schedule. We searched "resort day passes" and found Resortpass.com and the Arizona Grand. The resort has a water park and pool area that caters to a wide variety of family types. The service was excellent particularly from resort pool F&B staff. The resort was accommodating, friendly and welcoming and the resortpass.com site was easy to use.
Yes, definitely would go back to this hotel!
Super clean despite the crowds. Having multiple lounging areas in unique pool settings was enjoyable and reduced noise. Pleasant music. Attentive staff. Only negative was quality of food. We were warned about the prices but expected warm and tasty results. Still a great day for the family!
It is a lovely hotel! Very nice day at the beach. The pool looked very nice, but we were there for beach. We had lunch at the Cafe and the food was good and the cost was as expected. I was disappointed in the level of service of the beach attendants. it seemed that because I was “just a day pass holder” i needed to just wait. I would definitely purchase a day pass again as it was a perfect way to enjoy the beach if your current hotel is not on the beach.
The day spent with the family was very enjoyable. Everything was first class from the check-in and through the rest of the day. Everything went very smooth. The check-in was easy and both the amenities and service were excellent.
We had a group of 12 of every age. Everyone had a great time especially on the lazy river. The water temperature was very pleasant. The tiny kids enjoyed the wadding pond where we had nice shaded seating. We also ordered some tap beer which was well received.
My friend and I ordered chicken tenders and the prickly pear pina colada and everything was delicious. Really enjoyed everything...would go back very soon.
My dad was in town for spring break so we went to the Arizona Grand with my two year old daughter and had a great time! We ordered lunch (food was VERY PRICEY and they check your bag coming in so you can’t bring any outside food/drink in!) but it was a nice treat. We got there early and it definitely got crowded later in the afternoon but not too bad. Would for sure go back if bringing kids!
We had a great day-took some friends and family visiting from England and everyone enjoyed the day (and it was so easy for me!!)
Went there on March 3 and was able to avoid summer crowd. There was an event going on at the resort right outside of the water park, but the staff made sure we were not annoyed by the crowd. Food and drink service was quick and the water was nice temp. Would go back again!
Great pool experience! Loved the wave pool, jacuzzi, and lazy river! Great amenities for the price! Would go again!
Great experience. Easy to check in using Resort Pass on my phone. Parked using valet service. Waiter was kind and respectful and brought us drinks and menus when asked. All staff were very kind. Water was warm and everything was clean. Was a great day to spend relaxing with family from out of town.
Pools and slides were fun. Perfect for toddlers to teenagers. We enjoyed our day. The food however was ridiculously priced.
We had friends in town and our pool is being renovated went to Arizona Grand and had a lovely time! The staff was so friendly, polite, and helpful the pools were all nice and clean! Love the lazy river. Overall we had a wonderful experience!
Pools, slides and lazy river were great! Staff were friendly and lifeguards appeared very attentive. Food and drink very expensive, and can’t bring in anything from outside. No change rooms (had to use bathroom) or lockers. The one outdoor shower was very cold.
This is clearly not a place I would go with just my wife. It is a bit older property but pool facilities in decent shape. We were looking for a way to kill our last day of Spring Break with 10 & 12 year old boys after a week of baseball, Dolfinaris, hiking, etc. We had lower expectations knowing it was not one of the nicer properties available. Most others were not available. Other reviews set expectations appropriately. Food is extremely expensive and you can't bring anything in. We just left, went across the street and came back... that alone saved us approx $70. Bar service is slow. They also have a rule that they cannot serve alcohol without a mixer... I drink scotch neat or with a few cubes and they would not allow it. Bizzare. The property and grounds seem a bit older but pool facilities were decent. Bathrooms were a bit messy. The wave pool was not open so you may want to ask if anything is not working before you book. The slides and lazy river were fun for the boys. Physically searching bags on the way in is a bit of a turnoff. Bottom line, for $120 for a family of 4 to kill several hours, it was money well spent. However, if you are looking for a top resort pool experience as a couple or in general, this would not be on the list.
The pool was great. We enjoyed the Lazy river. We also tried the drop in water slide and never have to do it again. I recommend everyone try it at least once. The food was mediocre nothing to be amazed about. I feel like it’s worth half of the price we paid and we got cold basket fries that had to be sent back. The drinks were good but also pricy and service takes forever. Had one server tell us she’d come back for our order and she never came back to us in the four hours we stayed. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
Pool was clean, grounds were nice, staff was nice, no outside food or drink allowed so it can get pricey. They are in dire need of new updated pool outdoor furniture, lounges were missing straps etc.
Love oasis pool and staff food was great!
We had a great time. The water park was tons of fun and the staff was very efficient and super friendly. Food and drinks were great but not inexpensive. Overall good deal. We will be back!
this place is great. staff is friendly and service is great. water park is a ton of fun
This place is great. Staff is friendly and service is great. water park is a ton of fun
When we arrived, check in was easy and pleasant. They gave us extra towels and walked us to the cabana. The poolside wait staff and life guards were great. The food is expensive but no more expensive than room service at any other hotel. The water was clean and 80 degrees. The kids loved the lazy river and the water slides. It was a great way to spend the day.
The family had a good time, but it could have been better if the wave pool was working. Food was ok, but over priced for what received. The hot tub was nice and facilities were clean.
We enjoyed the lazy river the most. We went in later October, so the hours were limited...weekends 11:00 to 5:00 only. Food and drinks were very expensive. $18.00 for nachos, there were a lot of them and were good. We skipped even ordering a soda, they charged over $5.00 for a small. There were plenty of chairs and shade. We would go back.
Yes nice and peaceful great service
We loved getting to have a quick "getaway" even though we were still close to home. It was nice to get to relax and not have to worry about things that need to be done around the house. The pools were amazing and had so many options for our little one, which made it all the better. We did order food and drinks. It was very expensive. Next time we will probably eat before going. We bought a water bottle, cheeseburger and chicken tenders (both with no sides) for $35. A bit pricey! Otherwise, everything was great.
We loved it! They served us with complimentary fruit, cookies, and water bottles. The location is very clean and beautiful! Will definitely be coming back.
The pool was awesome! Kids loved the lazy river and water slides. Food and drinks were a bit pricey!
We really enjoyed floating down the river in our tubes, the wave pool was very nice as well. We ordered food from the pool menu it was delicious! We loved the relaxed atmosphere and felt very comfortable enjoying our day in the sun. Plenty of places to sit in the shade.
We did not stay at the hotel, but got day passes that were really reasonable. They get you BIG time on really expensive drinks and food. I would suggest that there be more waitresses by the pool if you aren't going to have one stationed at the lower concession stand. If you are at the kiddie pool and can't leave your kid you can go hours without seeing a waitress for a drink or food. I would also suggest a small slide for the little kids. The is a big one and a HUGE one but nothing smallish for smaller people. Additionally, they don't sell swim diapers in the gift shop which shocked me. I would think that swim diapers would be highly encouraged......Other than that, the place was fun and we all had a good time.
Fun place for all ages. Three large slides and the lazy river were fun. Food is adequate and resort pricey but we loved hanging out under the shady trees which was very appreciated in the Arizona heat.
We spent a day by the pool and it was enjoyable. My only annoyance was the quality of food. I expected to pay a ridiculous amount for food and drinks. I get it, it’s a resort, but if you are going to charge that much let’s not burn the hamburger and have cafeteria quality fries. The food was so gross. It really wouldn’t cost the resort much more to get better fries and to tell the staff how to cook burgers.
Easy booking, check in was fast, friendly and courteous. FYI...You can't bring in any outside drinks or snacks but there is adequate pool service. The Oasis water park is self contained and huge, lots of lounge chairs and there is a good amount of trees and shade available which is great in the Arizona heat. The tube slides are very fast and fun and the lazy river is very relaxing with plenty of tubes to grab and float on.
The fruit and cookie platter was awesome! The service was great and the resort was a lot of fun! Would definitely go back and make sure to schedule even more time to stay there next time!
This Resort Pool was fun and had a lot of variety for my girls to have fun!
We played in the water park from 11 to 4 and had a blast. We ordered food which was delicious. With the cabana we enjoyed a large fruit platter and cookies. I recommend getting the cabana. It is worth the additional expense.
We booked a cabana for the day through resortpass.com and it was a great deal. We all had a great time at the water park for the day. The only downside is the cost of everything at the waterpark. I mean $11 for a corn dog that is a bit much! All drinks and food were extremely expensive and made for a more expensive day than planned!
What we enjoyed the most was having the suites being close to the waterpark. Also representative at the park need to ask parents....are you staying or dropping off your son/daughter. Because two bands were taken when parents did not stayed. So we were short on bands. For my daughter's get together. Thank you!
Did not use the spa. But the water park was fun and the staff was amazing!
Food was horrible, this place need a major clean up but water park was great.
What a great idea!! Two friends and I split the cabana at the Arizona Grand with our kids. It was after school started, so we practically had the place to ourselves. The kids loved the water slide, lazy river, and wave pool. The evaporative cooler helped to keep us cool. The cookies and fruit platter were nice. We ordered lunch, which was decent and really expensive, but kind of the only option since you can't bring in your own food. But it was a fun treat. We'll definitely do it again next year!!
Pool was awesome, friendly and helpful staff. Had a very nice breakfast in the hotel restaurant before going to the day spa. Everything was very clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our day here
Everything was great! The resort was very flexible with their accommodations!
The lazy river was nice, it was super busy. The food was much better than we anticipated for being pool food. It was quite spendy however.
My 2 kids and I spent the day at the pool. It was great! Just enough entertainment for them without being overwhelmed by the amount of people. We did order some food and it ended up being more than our day passes. $8.00 for a corn dog that didn't include fries. Overall a really successful day! We'll be back.
The water park and staff were outstanding. Very considerate and helpful.
Everything was great. Booked Cababa for $13 more than the cost of five of us going to pool. Great stats Fm, giant fruit tray, box of large cookies, dozen bottled waters, air-cooled Canaan and great service! Pools were great, enjoyed the day and felt it was a great price for a great day in the Arizona sun.
Hotel pool experience was great. The lazy river was closed on and off, which was a bummer, not able to use that often. Amenities were clean. Service was not very quick near at the pool, had to flag someone down to get helped. Also, food was very expensive by the pool, and not the best quality. 8.50 for an ice cream!
Fun hotel for kids, wave pool, awesome lazy river and a 8 story slide. We had a great time there. Im so glad we have the day pass option!
The water park was gorgeous, kept up well and the staff was great. Food was super expensive. Cabana was definitely worth the money!
Very nice facilities. Food portions from the bar are very large so don't order too many plates of food Bit disappointed that they would alternately closing the lazy river and the water slides. Only one of them would be open at a time. 2 of the 3 water slides far too scary for my kids to use and the 3rd slide was uncomfortable as the seams of slide would "scratch " as you slide over them. So.... bit overpriced for basically using the lazy river only. The beautiful surroundings and generous portions of food made up for it
WE had no idea that this site even existed. WOW!!! We had guest that came into town and we called the resort we wanted and it was booked out. We found this site and booked a cabana that morning for all of us to use at the same resort and got an amazing Cabana that same day. The cost through this site was Amazing as well. We walked right in with our paperwork from your site and had no problems and enjoyed everything it said it would offer. BEST DAY EVER! We will use this site from here on out. OMG-So Happy We Found This Site. Thank you for your services.
Went on a weekday right before school started and it was a great education! Paid extra for a cabana and it was worth it. The fruit platter was huge, cookies delish and water bottles chilled. Nicole took amazing care of us. She gave us great insight on the food and drinks! Give that gal a raise! Kids had fun and moms had fun.
The pool was amazing. We ordered appetizers and they were delicious. We did not use the spa. It was a relaxing day and the scenery at the hotel was amazing.
My business partner and I took our school age kids (6, 6, 10) for an afternoon at the Oasis Water Park to celebrate the last day of summer break! Having never been to the water park, I was uncertain how it would go. It was perfect! Just enough variety to keep the kids entertained all afternoon, but not overwhelming like some of the larger water parks in town. It was a weekday, so not particularly crowded, which reduced the stress of keeping an eye on the kids as they ran from wave pool to lazy river to slides and back again. Plenty of lifeguards on duty that firmly, but politely helped to keep my rambunctious 6 year old boy in line. We did not have a meal, but ordered the onion rings and a couple drinks. Service was prompt and the onion rings were not half bad. I would definitely do this again as a much more relaxing alternative to the crazy crowds of a full-scale water park.
Everything was very easy from the check in process to using the different accommodations at the pool. We felt like hotel guests at a fraction of the price.
This was our first experience with Resort Pass and it worked great. We were able to check into the resort pool really quickly and had no problems. We spent all day there so food and drinks were ordered... a little high price for the area but quantities of the food were huge so kids should have shared. The pool itself was just ok. The pool area where adults can hang out in is quite small, has volleyball and basketball so my husband and I really were only in the pool very little. The kids liked the lazy river but tubes go fast. The park was absolutely packed, not a chair to be had anywhere by 11 am. We learned most people there were on day passes so I can see this to be a regular weekend issue. Not sure if we would go back again, but it was a fun day out without having to have an empty hotel room to just use the pool.
