This place was great its the second time we have come to this location and it is extremely clean and quite the staff are amazing specifically at the front desk she remembered us from our last trip there:)

This was the perfect luxurious getaway from the chilly Bay Area today. I felt so lucky to be there and really was able to relax and check out for a few hours.

My first time using resort pass and had a great experience!

Great rooftop pool in Charlotte

The property is beautiful, as Is the pool, but was definitely not worth the price. The cabana was not stocked with drinks/snacks and did not have a TV, both of which were supposed to be included. The staff was very nice, but the service and drinks were unfortunately not great, especially given the exorbitant price. As much as I love the hotel and area, I would not recommend spending the money.

We went after 5pm. Maybe the reason for poor review. Great location. Great price for a day pass. We only stayed 5 min as the pool was cloudy and pool area was shady looking with shady people. We left and they refunded our Valet expense

Definitely a good deal, get there early it fills up really quickly

It was a nice view and the pool was also very nice. Nobody was there to check if we had lounge chairs or anything so we probably didnt need to purchase them. The rooftop pool bar and restaurant was closed until nighttime so we couldnt really order stuff unless we went downstairs.

I used the resort pass and just used the pool during my experience. I ordered drinks and the service was fast and friendly. The pool was clean and well maintained. The location in the hill country was fantastic.
