Sold on an experience that did not happen. Valet higher than listed on Resort Pass, did advise Valet I was visiting for RP only to avoid confusion. No check in process, desk told me to go to 2nd floor. No directions or wrist band. Arriving the cabana it was chained off, no service. Had to find someone inside and told to just open myself. No service, ordered inside each time. One drink completely forgot. Guests smoking illegal substances for hours at pool. Told server, did not do anything. Lists no outside food/drink, other guests had their own. Poolside lounge chairs old and dirty. Grey fabric turned brown, would not use. Outside speakers not working the entire day. If you do plan to visit do a guest pass and not a cabana. $500 later and I would've had a better experience at my apartment pool.

Will Not Book Again

Everything about this venue was fantastic!  Our family was treated with care. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!  Cant wait until we go back. Thanks!

We had an incredible time celebrating my mom's 70th birthday!! The pool was impeccably clean and inviting, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation. Our cabana host was exceptionally attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a day pass to anyone looking for a luxurious day getaway with top-notch service!

Great Food/Service/Pool

Flash flood and tornado warnings popped up the morning of the daycation for a couple of mothers on Mother's Day.  It seems the policy is too stringent for rapidly declining weather conditions for rescheduling.  The hotel was unable to assist with rescheduling, even though their pool was closed due to weather.

Wonderful pool Day!!

We always have a great time here. The pool is never overly crowded and we always get a cabana which is always a plus. They only have 1 to 2 servers which delays service but MaryBeth is the best. So friendly and accommodating 

Love it here! 

The resort pass seems to be okay so far that I've used it, however, the cancellation policy is not customer-friendly.  I booked my pass late the night before and realized after midnight I couldn't go the next day.  The platform will not allow you to rebook automatically, big flaw and needs to be reconciled as a part of the ticket.

Coudn't use my Daycation

Our experience at The Westin was awesome!  It was what we expected & more.  The cabana was very nice.  Our server Mary Beth had great customer service & was very good. She suggested items for us to enjoy from the food and drinks, which was a good choice. The furniture and pool was very clean well kept up.  The water very good temperature.
