My experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was confused and unaware of the day pass arrangement. She directed us to a beach club where we were incorrectly charged an additional 800 Mexican pesos. After explaining we had already paid, the staff informed us they don't offer such a service. We were then directed to Bar Barossa beach club. While Bar Barossa's service was great, and their drinks and food were delicious, Casa Maya's facilities were appalling. The bathroom was non-functional and unsanitary, with waste everywhere, no toilet paper, and the shower area was filthy. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations set by Resort Pass. For the price paid, $50 per person, the service and facilities at Casa Maya were far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this pass to anyone looking for a comfortable place to enjoy the day trip.
