Amazing hotel and lovely pool and and nice lounge chairs

Pros: The place itself is beautiful, and our poolside service was great. We definitely enjoyed the accommodations. Cons: As soon as we arrived, the valet came up to take our car until we stated we were there for the resort pass, and then suddenly they were full. We had to pay the valet cost and self park across the busy street. Once I said this to the receptionist, she automatically replied they were full without hesitation or inquiry. Loved it! Would recommend!

We love the Omni! Its probably our favorite resort! We use resort pass a lot and try out many different properties, and still choose to go back to the Omni over and over again!

We are locals and always come to this property for its heated pool and atmosphere! The main reason why we are repeat customers is because the top notch attention Alexis offers!

The hotel is a 2 star. The elevator floor was filthy. The floors in hallway were dirty.

Live at first sight

I loved my day-cation at The Thompson Buckhead Hotel! The check-in process was smooth, the view was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back!

The pool is nice. Plenty of chairs. The kid pool is too simple and small. The jacuzzi was not working. The location is perfect!

We had a great day lounging around the beach. The staff was highly attentive and made sure that we had a great time.
